Who we are

ModernLifeInsider was founded to help readers navigate an increasingly crowded market. We publish product reviews, buying guides, tips, and consumer insights across three areas we think every household eventually ends up researching: health and wellness, tech and gadgets, and home and living.

Our team is small and opinionated. We’re former product reviewers, ex-retail buyers, and long-time freelance writers — people who have, collectively, tested more kitchen thermometers, desk chairs, and sleep supplements than any one person should.

Our editorial approach

Our writers research products independently. We look at published specifications, clinical and technical literature where it exists, user-reported outcomes, and — where possible — hands-on use.
